sneakers or heels...or both

I've been seeing these all over the place...blogs, magazines, but I've yet to see anyone wearing these out in the real world. What do you think? Sneaker heels, yay or nay? I can't decide...but I think for now, I'll leave them for the tween models in Teen Vogue! haha.
